My transactions with Mansions have been absolutely transparent and I am happy with the way they have been functioning over the years. As regards the construction quality, I must say it was of the highest order. We have always been in good terms with Mansions. We approached Mansions with a joint venture proposal and we were satisfied with all the deals and transactions we had. Our dealings with Mansions were excellent, as whatever was promised was delivered, so we never had any trouble with any transactions or agreements. Initially there were some government-related procedural issues but when Mansions started the project, they rectified the schedule and they were able to deliver at the proper time. We got a great deal for our land at that time and we were very much satisfied. We got very good returns for our land by way of apartments and land prices. We can't recall anything negative about our experience with Mansions.

My name is Latha Mohanchandran and I'm staying in Pune. Nearly 15 years ago, I happened to meet one of the two co-founders of Mansions, as they had bought a small plot from my sister for building a house. That time I was also thinking of doing something with my share of the ancestral property in Trivandrum as I had settled down in Pune. So when he casually suggested about joint development and building a set of flats, I was interested. That's how Mansions Sharada Madhavam (named after my parents) came into being. Honestly though we checked about the credentials of Mansions and their project capabilities, it was after meeting the two co-founders that we got a gut feel that they will deliver – which ultimately cemented our resolve in dealing with them and that they will deliver on their promises. The driving force was the mutual trust and the warm relationship that they exuded -- in addition to their professionalism, project capabilities, transparency and other parameters which we considered essential. I don't think there would have been a better joint partner for this project.

The Sree Padmam Residency project was one of the first residential apartment blocks in Trivandrum’s Fort area executed by any private builder. Prior to this, only the Housing Board had built apartments in the Fort area. The trust Mansions had reposed with customers and the contacts established with the local community, facilitated the quick purchase of apartments built by Mansions. Most of the clients were first time apartment owners. The apartment complex was considered a welcome addition to the landscape which was dominated by Agraharam row-type houses in the Fort area. The homebuyers appreciated the build quality and amenities provided in the complex. I did not opt for an apartment in the complex, but received a fair deal for my land. My land transaction dealings with Mansions was transparent. Actually my relationship with Mansions had started some time earlier, when Mansions had done civil work for our factory building (40,000 sq ft) at Kochuveli in Trivandrum. The contract was also completed professionally and meticulously. If asked to rate my JV experience with Mansions, I would give them 9/10.
